At Googo Gaaga, we aim to process your orders promptly. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following:

• Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before the order is shipped.

• Shipped Orders:

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return after receiving the product (refer to our Return Policy).

• Refunds for Canceled Orders:

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
